Movement Mortgage is a corporate office campus, sitting on 22 acres, designed and constructed in two phases. The first phase included a three-story 104,000 SF building with ±500 parking spaces with a large courtyard, seat walls, enhanced plantings, and an outdoor café. The second phase included a 95,000 SF building, doubled the parking, added an outdoor fitness area, and enhancements to the common courtyard to promote employee wellness. This corporate headquarters serves as an open concept to encourage employees’ professional and personal growth and to reflect Movement Mortgage’s mission to lead a movement of change.
