Shopton Ridge Business Park is a 1.4 million sq. ft. industrial park on a 170-acre site. Master planning services for Shopton Ridge included site utilization studies, master grading, stormwater, utility studies, and roadway design. In the first phase, individual site plans were created for eight 120,00 sq. ft. cross-docked buildings. As part of a conditional rezoning plan, stormwater detention was provided for five different storm year events. In addition to one water quality pond designed to serve all buildings, bottomland hardwood wetlands were created.
